Deliverables
A0 Poster and motion graphics
Brief
To produce an A0 poster and supporting presentation to define and explain printing in spot colours to audiences with different levels of understanding, from the general public to staff and students with some experience in printing. This group project was part of my university studies, and offered an opportunity to develop my team working skills whilst developing an impactful poster and presentation.
Solution
We collaborated to develop a poster that imitated a Pantone swatch, as their matching system is broadly understood as the most popular spot colour system in the UK. Working as the group leader, I aided in delegating team tasks, ensuring that interim goals were met, and guiding the visual approach of the assets. Individually, I also developed a short animation to be narrated over during our presentation, which added some further visual interest to our topic.
